1. Introduction

These Terms of Payment outline the payment structure, refund policy, and financial obligations between Technonize Media (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“Client”, “you”).

You agree to these terms by hiring us, signing a proposal, or making a payment.

2. Advance Payment Policy

Technonize Media operates on an advance payment model.

• Before work begins, an upfront payment is required for all services.
• Depending on the accepted proposal, service type, and project scope, the advance amount may change.
• Payment must be received before the service cycle begins for continuous services like SEO, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, managing social media, Websites Development, Paid Ads Management, etc.

Work will only begin after confirmation of payment.

3. Contracts & Agreements

A formal contract or service agreement will be signed by both parties for specific services and long-term projects. The contract will clearly mention:

• Scope of work
• Deliverables
• Timelines
• Payment structure
• Duration of service
• Termination terms

Both parties are legally bound by the provisions of the agreement after it is signed.

4. No Refund Policy

Technonize Media has a rigorous no-refund policy that applies to the following circumstances:

• Payment is non-refundable after a service has been started.
• The money cannot be returned once project planning, research, strategy development, ad setup, SEO work, design, development, or any other type of execution has started.
• No refund will be given if a client decides to stop using the services after work has begun.
• Once resources, time, and technical efforts have been committed to the project, advance fees are non-refundable.

Digital marketing, SEO, social media management, website development, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, branding, consulting, and any other bespoke digital services are all covered by this policy.

5. Development & Custom Projects

For the creation of software, apps, websites, or any other bespoke project:

• Payments are completely non-refundable once development work has begun.
• The client will not receive a refund if they decide to halt or cancel the project once development has started.
• Milestone payments (if applicable) must be cleared as per agreed schedule.

Until full payment is received, Technonize Media retains ownership of all supplied work and intellectual property.

6. Delayed Payments

In case of delayed payments:

• Until outstanding debts are paid, ongoing services can be halted or suspended.
• Payment delays may result in longer project durations.
• In the event of persistent nonpayment, the business retains the right to end the service contract.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers promise not to start chargebacks or payment disputes before getting in touch with Technonize Media to settle the matter.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of services
• Legal action
• Permanent restriction from future services

8. Taxes & Additional Charges

Unless otherwise indicated, all payments are made exclusive of relevant taxes.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, the client is responsible for paying all applicable government taxes, transaction fees, and payment gateway fees.

9. Service Termination

If a client wishes to terminate ongoing services:

• Written notice must be provided.
• After work has begun, there will be no reimbursement for the current billing cycle.
• Before the project is closed, all outstanding payments must be made.

10. Modification of Terms

Technonize Media maintains the right, at any moment and without previous notice, to amend or change these Terms of Payment. Updated terms will be reflected on this page.
